Antonello Zecca Venice Painting Plaque

A vintage plaque from Italy featuring a work of the artist Antonello Zecca, I believe that it is a copy of the painting "Venice." The trim around the picture itself looks to be made of 23 Karat gold; there is a certificate of guarantee on the rear in Italian. The frame is 10 5/8" wide by 9 5/8" in height. The picture in the center is 4 1/4" by 3". There is wear on the frame.
