Gently Loved StarFrit Apple peeler Very very gently used But very clean and in perfect working condition. Extra blade never used first blade still very sharp and works perfectly. Absolute hands down best way to peel an Apple with no waste takes the peel and about one mm of flesh Peel a full Apple perfectly in roughly 7 seconds Excellent when making Apple pies or Apple desserts that require many apples to be peeled has worked for potatoes also But with their uneven surface sometimes jumps over areas that u will then need to finish up with a peeler or knife. Suction cups on bottom work perfectly year rotates perfectly with no hesitation or resistance blade cuts perfectly with no jumping or rough cuts into the Apple slides along it fast and perfectly 4 prongs for sticking the Apple in place still very sharp and remove for washing As does the blade very fast and simple operation. INTERESTING NOTE it makes very cool curly long pieces of Apple peel sometimes over 6 feet long great for many different ideas decorations trimmings and more..... DOWNFALLS as the Handle and many parts of this machine can vary easily come apart for washing Once the handle was dropped and Unfortunately sustained a small crack in the plastic as seen in the close up picture of the handle ball crack approximately one cm long And thank God has not changed the operation of the unit in any way It's hard to see in the close up picture as the cracks very fine and very short. no other issues.
