Exceptional blouse that was hardly worn. I finally grew too big for it, sniff sniff. 100% Rayon with some sparkly beads.The flower motifs are velvet. 27 inches from the back down to the hem. 20 inches arm pit to armpit. 9.1/2 inches from shoulder to armpit.

mollyscott18 @emilyvera622 it is a top sorry and not a dress. It does have an under layer. It is 29 inches from the top of the shoulders. Pit to pit is 20 inches. Lovely top. Almost didn’t sell it.
