April Cornell quilted jacket

Blue April Cornell quilted Jacket bought in Burlington, Vermont, summer 2022. The tag says size small but it fits like a medium large. I’ve never worn it since it was a bit tight when purchased and soon too small for me. Laying flat, the bust is 21 inch wide. Please note that I do have a dog and cats 🐈
