This is an Apt 9, made in Vietnam midi skirt made of a metallic/sheen copper tone polyester/spandex blend. Although the skirt has a hidden elastic waist band and there is spandex in the fabric, there is only slight stretch. Marked "Medium", the waist measures 28", so about a size 4 - 6.
