Apt.9 tummy control pull on skirt side split wide elastic waist size L.. NWT

Apt.9 black and grey checkered skirt. Pull on with 4 1/2 inch wide elastic waistband. It is 73% polyester. 25% rayon and 2% spandex. This skirt is slightly contoured and has no zips or buttons giving it a nice fit. Primarily grey with black and white forming the checks. It is a size L and has a 34 inch waist and is 26 inches from top to bottom. This skirt is new with tag (14)
