Hi, thanks for the interest! I normally fit between a size 4 and 6 and this coat is a bit on the small side for me, so I do think it would fit a true size 4 well

Measurements: Full length (from top of shoulder to hem): 47.5 in. Sleeve length (from outside tip of shoulder to end): 22 in. The coat sleeves each also have 2 inches of extra material that can be let out by a tailor if necessary :)
