lfolster @stephantasy thanks, but I meant the width from pit to pit and the length from the middle of the neck seam to the bottom, with the garment laying flat.That way, I can measure it against my own vest that fits well.

stephantasy @lfolster the garment doesn't really have pits but laying flat the shoulders are 21", the attached part (low pits/high waist) is 20", neck seam to bottom is 20.5". Hope that helps.
