Stylish pull on midi pencil skirt with elastic waist. I've shown the inside of the waistband which is about an inch thick that is the elastic in the waist. Textured Material..gorgeous skirt. Vent in the back Waist measures 13" flat with stretch to 14" Length is 33" Is in excellent condition. I rate a 9/10 Hard to find color. Lots of dark but not many in this white ivory.
