jules_fx Could I get ptp and length measurements please? Does the dress have any elastic/stretch?

trickoflight @jules_fx thank you for asking. The fabric itself has a small amount of stretch but the empire waist has an elastic in it. When lying flat and not stretched, the ptp measurement is 14 inches. When stretched it is 17 inches. It terms of length, the length from the attachment of the strap (top of the bodice) down to the empire waist is 5.5 inches. The length from the empire waist to the bottom hem is 28 inches. The straps are adjustable. Please let me know if you need any other measurements
