@bronwyngd hi I’m so sorry for the delay, I totally forgot to check after I read this! I think they are a little on the looser end, would fit someone who’s closer to a 28. I put up a picture of the measurement when flat!

@bronwyngd hi! Sorry for the delay it’s hard to get a precise flat measurement of the waist because they do have some stretch and such but it’s about 15 inches across the top when lying flat. Hope this helps!!
