cececlosetfinds Do they fit smaller than 24? if possible, would you mind providing the waist measurement laid flat and inseam measurement? thanks!

pandy22 @cececlosetfinds hi! Sorry for the delay - they measure 13 inches across the waist and inseam is 27.5 inches. They fit tight especially around the thighs because they’re brand new but I would say still true to size and they would loosen with wear. Let me know if that helps!
