6girlsclosets @cynybella Good day! It's 16" Pit to pit and 25" around them hem, 17" top of shoulder to hem, and 10.5" top of ruffle to the hem. There is so much stretch to the elastic that there are several extra inches available, if needed. It can stretch up to 21" Pit to pit as an example (5 extra inches). Hope that helps.
