Would you say this would fit someone who is a 4 or 6 in Lululemon? With a few layers under without looking sloppy? Do you mind providing the length of the arms? Thank you!

@meghang314 hi sorry for the late response! I used to be about that size and I could comfortably wear a shirt and hoodie underneath without looking tight. The arm length from shoulder to the end of the black cuff is about 28 inches
