kcoton hi! how high do they sit on the hips? and is the wear on the knees discolouration or fabric damage as well?

yyzsaver @kcoton hi - the waistband rests just above my hips and below my belly button (for reference, the rise is approximately 9 inches). The material is not worn out at all. The pants are in good condition with some slight wear (I have posted the wear in the last two photos). Hope that helps.
