A Wilfred favourite literally made for twirling, this is a high-rise midi skirt with an elastic waist and sunburst pleats. It’s made with Fête Chiffon™ — lightweight, semi-sheer fabric with an ethereal drape. Slight pulls (as pictured) and light staining on bottom, as it is pleated, when worn it is hard to notice.
