It’s nice and warm, perfect for everyday use for winter or using as a formal wear would be perfect too! Has two side pockets and comes with a belt! Would give this 7.5/10 condition as there are signs of wear such as some pillings on the coat (mostly the arms area), but not very noticeable! $140 If selling in Richmond, BC
