The colours pop in real life and the pattern reminds me of Asian Artwork. The half sleeves make it extra breezy. I believe it is a crop for someone with a long torso, but for myself it falls perfectly at the hip unless I put my hands up. I think it would be great for a business casual office and you can wear it underneath a suit jacket. It is semi sheer, you may need to wear a camisole underneath but I didn't need to when I tried it on. The back is a keyhole back with a sturdy button.
