Thank you , so if I understand right, from the outer edge shoulder seam to the cuff is 23"? I am a classic size small but do have longer arms, and often need to let them out. this is the coat i am interested in, but i dont want the sleeves to be too short. as they have been tailored would it be possible to let them out again if i needed to?

@sveabraun exactly. There is definitely some room to let them down at the cuff, probably an inch, but I’m not sure if the tailor cut the fabric at the shoulder.
