riverwolf33 @thriftygirly08 hi there it’s approx 13 inch across for the waist and it’s secured by the buttons (there’s no elastic) - so the button at the top

riverwolf33 @thriftygirly08 the full skirt length is approx 33.5 inches and the slit begins about 15 inches from the top waist band of the skirt. The slit can be made higher up though through unbuttoning some of the buttons if you choose :)

riverwolf33 @thriftygirly08 yes if you stand still the skirt covers the knees, but when you walk/move the slit would make the knees visible :)
