Thick, fitted and stretchy. I love this skirt and have multiples of it. It holds you in nicely and easy to put because of the thick elasticize waist. The waist laying flat is 13.5” as seen in the photo but can stretch. I haven’t worn this but I washed it which makes it no longer new and why the tag is no longer attached. -elastic waistband -high waist Smoke and pet free home. This skirt is from my closet and was not purchased with the intent to sell.
