Puff sleeves, smocked waist, and matching trim around the bust and sleeves. Double lined. Sold out and no longer available online. Worn (and washed) once but the cut just doesn't suit me. One of the threads in the smocked area of the waist is sticking out (pictured) but no rips, tears, or stains anywhere.
