The following are the dress’ measurements: from the back of the neck to the floor—48 inches long; laid flat across the chest—16 inches wide; laid flat across the waist—12.5 inches wide; and from the shoulder to the wrist of the arm—24.5 inches long. The following are the dress’ measurements: from the back of the neck to the floor—48 inches long; laid flat across the chest—16 inches wide; laid flat across the waist—12.5 inches wide; and from the shoulder to the wrist of the arm—24.5 inches long. I would say that it runs slightly small at the waist and wouldn’t likely fit an XS. I hope that is helpful. ☺️
