Perfect condition ( i wore it once, but it’s too big for me).The perfect go to skirt for a casual or dressy occasion. Looks elegant with a tank of turtle neck tucked in, or a form fitting crop top. Sits around waistline. Very flattering (if only it fit me!!) and covers the legs perfectly if you’re a pale ghost like me in the winter.
