There is no piling .. the video is a better depiction..the pictures do not do it justice.. Will try to send better pictures to you a little later.

Retook pictures.. because of the merino wool material, any dust particles seem to cause a reflection. This is not an old product. It’s only been worn a few times.No pilling.
