Reposhing this item I purchased from @clarkem81 (Megan Clarke) and received it yesterday in this condition. She claimed that it is like new perfect condition!!!! Please don’t get cheated and stay away from garbage sellers! On top of that the scarf is disgusting: stained, full of hair and crap. Used doesn’t equal dirty and damaged! I would be embarrassed sending something like that to my buyers! Please double check your purchase before accepting and ask sellers lots of questions, don’t assume that they are all honest!!!!!! kimia_entezari Hey there! Sorry to hear this but if the condition is not as claimed you can totally return it! Just don’t accept the purchase and choose the option that says “not as described” within 3 days of receiving. You have to upload photos of the issues. If they approve it (which they usually do) you get a shipping label to send it back (it’s all for free) once the seller receives the package you’ll get your money back 🥰 hope this helps :)

dorotazaworska1 @kimia_entezari hi, thank you for your advice, unfortunately I accepted the purchase when I received the package and blindly assumed that it was as described… the next day when I saw it in daylight I was obviously disappointed… idk how they will respond… but I filled a claim….
