Aritzia off-the-shoulder ruffle blouse

Wilfred by aritzia, burgundy off the shoulder blouse in a really luxe crepe fabric. Slightly cropped hits right at the top of high waisted jeans. 41 cm long. Can be worn off the shoulder or pulled over shoulders for more coverage. Ruffle around top band and wide sleeves give it a very 70s vibe. XS, fits true to size.
