I’m usually XS/S but I need a jacket to wear with something light on underneath… Are you able to give measurements at shoulders/ arms / bust? Very interested

shoulders are 13.5" apart
arms are 23" from shoulder to edge of white cuff (black cuff extends further out)
width at bust is 16.5"
all measurements with coat laying flat.
I am usually an XS or S in most clothes from Aritzia. I find their jackets fit larger. This jacket would not be very comfortable with a sweater but feels good with thinner long sleeves.
