Hi! Would you be able to take a pit to pit measurement and a waist measurement? Is there any stretch to the fabric?

Across the armpits the dress is 17.25”
The waist is 30” (1/2 waist is 15”) and it has TONS of stretch. It could stretch to a 40” waist. It’s miraculous haha it is one of those dresses that hugs but is always flattering
