I believe these are from the mid 2000s, to me, they goto your hips, they're very stretchy, but if you want them to be high-waisted then I'd say a medium would work for that, unless you like the pants that goto the hip, I think these are both pants & joggers. chriistiinaaaax @serenecandles It's almost 17" at the waistline, But it can be stretched all the way out to 20 and it can also be tightened because it has a pullstring

chriistiinaaaax @serenecandles And the hyperia is almost 18" but these are very stretchy pants You can also stretch till like 21" And the rise is Almost 10" But when I wear them I can pull them just under my belly button I will post a photo of me wearing them

chriistiinaaaax @serenecandles Me wearing it is like skin tight I believe a medium would fit better or someone that's like in between medium and large because I'm in between large and extra large and when I walk they fall down To my hip area and my hip area is 19" across. But they are really comfortable. But due to my health issues I can't wear skin tight Bottoms
