Very soft 100% cotton navy coloured cropped short sleeve top from Arkis Punto. The bottom is elasticised and has a double snap closure. the sleeves have a snap closure as well. Great for a little extra coverage over a dress or with a tank and a pair of high waisted jeans. marked a US size 8 but fits like a small.
