shinp2 @jpw93 I’m not sure my measurements are reliable here. I’d say it’s a slim fit 38. Plus the pants can be let in or out. Pit to pit was 17 inches. From bottom of collar to bottom of jacket was 27 inches. From the shoulder to one collar is 5 inches. Top of shoulder to bottom was 24 inches. Obviously the chest and shoulder can not be altered. But sleeve length and waist can all be altered with a good tailor

shinp2 I’m 5 foot 9 to give sense on how the pants are. There should be some room to lengthen if needed.
