Art Deco 11"x17" Vintage Reverse Painted Tea Tray Foil Glass Black Metal Chrome

Vintage 11" x 17" reverse painted glass tray with metal frame. Painting looks to be in Victorian era with a man and 2 ladies beside a lake with goats and sheep nearby beside some sort of stone archway. Metal chrome areas do have tarnish and wear including other imperfections as shown. No manufacturer stamped on it anywhere. The 3 small snowflake like imperfections on the left are not cracks in the glass but looks to be something that got between the glass and photo underneath.
