Art Deco Brooch Painted Rose Under Crystal

A neat look, with a raised painted rose under thick bezeled crystal. I am unsure what the background is but it has an opalized sheen to it. This is costume metal Estimated to date to the 1930’s and likely from England. 1 &3/8” by 1” In excellent antique condition.
