Art Deco By Liberty of London Silk‎ Scarf

Quite a rare design for Liberty of London. Absolutely astounding colours and pattern. 100% silk. Appears to be machine stitched on the edging which is also rare as most of them from this time were hand rolled and hand stitched. Having a bit of a hard time finding anything else out about this particular one, but it has been in storage since 1971. It has some water damage and I have not attempted to dry clean or press yet. As is. I feel like this is quite a masculine print, and it’s quiet different from any in my collection and I’m very drawn to it because of this. Note these photos were shot in artificial daylight which is not ideal, and it’s so much more beautiful out in the natural light.
