Art Deco black cuff bracelet bangle rhinestones XS

This is a vintage, unmarked black plastic cuff bracelet with etched gold, Art Deco detail and rhinestones. Cuff is VERY small! My wrist measures 5.5" and it fits me, but it is a b%#$& to put on/take off. So I barely wear it. It is comfortable when it's on though, it just has to fit! Bracelet is most likely from France, made in the 50s 60s.
