Art Glass Candle Holder Hand Blown Vintage Clear Glass

Vintage beautiful clear glass hand blown art Glass,not sure if it is a candle holder,I did pick it up in a thrift store with a candle in it. no flaws,no chips,no cracks in good condition. measures 3 5" at it's widest point.
