Arte Black Velvet Dress Y2K Size 11/12

Arte black velvet dress with pretty details on the side as shown in pictures. Spaghetti straps and short length make this evening dress a head turner. Marked size 11/12 but seems smaller; pit to pit is 15", and the dress is 32" long overall (not including straps). Excellent condition.
