“Artemis” cat night garden hooded mini dress with pouch

While this unbranded dress is not Sailor Moon themed, it does lean into the anime vibe quite nicely. Super cute cotton rayon cartoon cat themed mini dress featuring short sleeves, a hood and kangaroo style pouch. Definitely giving ModCloth vibes but no labels. In good used condition. Some light piling overall which I suspect is common with this fabric type. Still super cute and super wearable. See pics for measurements.
