Arthur S Levine for Tahari dress in navy snakeskin

I’m not sure I would believe “navy” and “snakeskin” would work together l, but then I found this dress. I don’t know who Arthur S Levine is, but if you have to spell out his initial then it’s much more fancier. It’s does hit AT the knee AND comes with a belt that is totes removable.
