Artisan Handcrafted Upcycled Journal Fquc Leather by InWordOutBound

Handcrafted by myself (InWord OutBound) The journal itself was created using re-loved & thrifted materials. Exterior: Red purse hand stitched around the exterior with blue waxed thread. This material has natural looking "wrinkles" and texture to it and those areas appear slightly darker than the rest of the material. Almost worn in or "aged". Interior: Inside page flaps were created from a batik style dress. Colorful floral abstract pattern over white and burgundy fabrix. Channeling the chakras here. The pages were pulled from a sketchbook of recycled tan colored paper, cut to size, printed with lines, folded and hand stitched into the text block using bookbinding techniques. There are 12 signatures total and 2 are blank for sketching or doodling. Approx 192 pages. The closure is a piece of blue leather which attaches to a button on front to hold the journal closed. Size: 6.5" x 8.5" x 1.25" **Each piece from InWord OutBound is unique-therefore special & perfectly imperfect. The materials are gathered from reloved sources. As an example, reloved leather/fabric may show some signs of its past, printed page lines may have ink additions or stitching may be visibly noticeable. Each completed piece is also stamped with its own unique number**
