Artisan Handmade Vintage Ceramic Rose Brooch “Alberta Rose”

A stunning rose brooch in what seems to be some kind of ceramic or porcelain. I’m not sure of the original manufacturer, but it is well-made and seems to have been made by an artistin. There is a hand written note in gold lettering on the back. No chips.
