Beautiful handcrafted leaf shaped dish, made and signed by an artisan Irish potter. It measures approximately 7” x 5” x 1”. It’s in great condition apart from two small chips (see pictures for close ups). • The dish features a lustrous, multi-tonal green and blue glaze. The center has a rich, deep hue that pools in the recessed areas, while the edges and higher points of the texture show lighter, more variegated tones. This variation in color and shine gives it a very organic, slightly iridescent quality that resembles a leaf after a fresh rain. • The form is highly realistic and dimensional, mimicking the natural curl and gentle undulations of a real leaf.
