Artisan NY Fringe Tan pull-on skirt polyester/spandex mix size 0 NWOT

Stylish tan skirt with fringe detail by Artisan NY. 90% polyester/10% Spandex and there is a bit of stretch to it. These pants elastic waistband is 1 1/2 inches wide. There are 2 seams running the length of the skirt in front and in the back. It is pull-on in style. There is a 6 inch fringe that runs the full way around the hemline. The skirt itself is 18 inches from the top of the waistband to where the fringe begins. (11)
