What a beautiful and hard to find pattern! This plate is in lovely condition with no chips or cracks and gold intact. There is some roughness under the glaze, though, and a small scratch. See the last photo - it's not actually visible, but It's along the entire blue curved area. Feels rough to the touch. I am pricing lower to reflect. Make me an offer or bundle and save 15% :)
