As Is Vintage Blue and Pink Poodle Skirt with Scarf

Vintage poodle skirt with matching necktie scarf. Pastel blue with pink pompom details. Has some significant staining on the skirt and a makeup stain on the scarf but it would still make a great costume for halloween or a theme party. The skirt is very full, almost a circle skirt. Wear it with a crinoline for max drama. Label says medium. Approximate measurements: waist: 34cm (has some stretch( length: 71cm
