*As is* Sparkly silver glittery tank top Halloween new year holiday

Pit to pit 18 inches with stretch, shoulder to hem 20-21 inch. Vintage. Tag says small but measurements should be reviewed Does have some fallout with the glitter when wearing. The glitter is worn off close to the underarms in front. I purchased this for myself and it didn’t fit- when wearing can’t really see the portion with missing glitter and could wear a shrug over it or add more glitter. Perfect for a holiday event or Halloween costume that requires silver and glitter
