Ascot & Taylor St Andrews Vintage Novelty Golf Club Decor Book Ends

A stunning pair of bookends by Ascot & Taylor of St Andrews, presented in their original outer box. One bookend showcases a McEwan club and Gutta ball from 1865, while the other features a Philp club and Feathery ball from 1840, as noted on the plaques at the base of each piece. The outer box shows some light shelf wear but remains sturdy. Both bookends are in excellent condition, with a substantial weight of 1kg each and measuring approximately 7 inches tall.
