Ashley Stewart, black knee length dress with rose appliqués

This is a gorgeous dress for a formal or semi formal occasion. Spandex and polyester with rose, appliqué on chest and waist. Cut out panels at shoulder with mesh at the shoulder and chest area. Tag says that this is a 24/28 but it fits like a size 20.
