Asmat Papua New Guinea Wooden Statue CD Rack

A statue of a tribesman grasping a table; he has an angry expression and was made in the style of the Asmat people of Papua New Guinea. The piece was made as a CD rack (6 CDs) though it stands as a piece in its own right. There are several small nails in its head so I suspect the tribesman once had a headdress. The statue is 16 1/4" tall and is 10 3/4" wide by 7" deep.
